This mixed-use project sits on a full city block in downtown LA bordered by Hope, Flower, 7th and 8th Streets.  The renovation opened the central plaza to the city streets.  Shaw & Sons installed Ground Acid Finishes and washed sand finishes for the paving and form finish walls for the seatwalls and columns.  Shaw also completed an extensive amount of structural retrofit.
