The Vermont has 464 apartments in two towers — one 29 stories and the other 23 stories. A seventh-floor outdoor area has a pool, pet run, and fire pit, as well as a gym and two communally-available rooms.

The pool deck area used Lithocrete shell. Pneumatically applied silica carbide in the dark gray concrete bands emphasize the light etch field paving. Enhanced city sidewalks (below) used traditional white granite Lithocrete and black bands seeded with stainless steel pieces; other panels were constructed with blue glass. Black concrete bands were seeded with silica carbide.
