Santa Monica Place was renovated in 2008; updating the mall and removing the roof.  Shaw & Sons provided architectural concrete hardscapes using Craftsmen Specification Combined Granite and shells, small materials such as carbide and presto finish walls totaling 128,000 square feet on three levels including decks, walkways, terraces over waterproofed structure and on-grade.
