NoHo III Office is a 215,000 square-foot development. The project contains a doubleheight cinema complex, a nine-story office building with a rooftop helipad, a parking structure, restaurant and retail spaces that serve both the on-site visitors and the community at large. To encourage pedestrian movement through the site, NoHo III features a generously landscaped ground plane with a community plaza and Art Walk.
