ARQ is a luxury apartment high-rise in Culver City, California.  Shaw & Sons installed in-form retarder site planter and seating walls on the ground level and amenity deck.  Pool deck is a light wash retarder finish in natural gray concrete. Craftsmen large ground finish can also be found around the spa area.  Craftsmen combined granite finish makes up the majority of the amenity deck.
