520 Newport Center Drive is a Class “A”, 20-story office tower totaling 347,552 square feet and serves as the new headquarters for the Irvine Company. Exterior is a travertine curtainwall with punched windows. 520 Newport Center Drive is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.

105,000 square feet of L.Q.S. hardscape was installed in a running bond pattern that interfaced with the new building, two existing office towers, and a parking structure.
